Terms
This page is a plain-language summary. Where it differs from the licence itself, the licence governs.
Two ways to use Entelim
Self-hosted. Entelim is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 — the same terms that apply to any AGPL-3.0-licensed software: you may use, modify and self-host it at no cost, subject to the AGPL's terms, including that if you run a modified version as a network service, you must make your modified source available to the users of that service. The full licence text is the standard GNU AGPL-3.0.
Commercially licensed or hosted. If Archiet Ltd runs Entelim for you, or you need rights the AGPL doesn't grant — embedding it in closed-source software, offering it as a hosted service without publishing your changes, or a warranty and support agreement — that use is governed by a separate, written commercial agreement, not by this page. Get in touch to arrange one.
Using an account
If you register for an account or join the waiting list, the details you give us should be real and your own. Don't use Entelim to break the law, attack the service, or access data that isn't yours or your organisation's.
No warranty beyond what's written
Self-hosted, open-source use is provided as-is, exactly as the AGPL-3.0 licence states: without warranty, to the extent the law allows. A commercial agreement can add a warranty or support commitment where both parties sign one.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update this page. Continuing to use a hosted instance after a change means you accept the update; for self-hosted use, you're always covered by the version of the AGPL-3.0 that applies to the code you're running.
