Entelim is open source under AGPL-3.0. Run it on your own infrastructure, at any size, for as long as you like. That path is the product, not a trial. A commercial licence exists for organisations that want Entelim run for them or need different terms.

See what is includedYes. An organisation administrator cancels from the billing page, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can withdraw a scheduled cancellation before then.
On Team you pay for editors, and people who only ask questions are free. An organisation administrator changes the number of editor seats, or switches plan, from the billing page at any time.
Any tax due is shown on the payment page before you pay. Add your tax number in the billing portal and it is printed on every invoice issued from then on.
Each payment produces an invoice, listed on your organisation's billing page. The invoice e-mail address and billing details are yours to set there.
If you have more people than the new plan admits, everyone keeps access, and no one new can be added until you are within the limit.
